Our dedicated team have one thing in common, and that is their passion for childcare. From experienced Nursery Practitioners to qualified teachers & Apprentices. Our staff are qualified in EYFS, Safeguarding, First Aid, and hold qualifications in childcare up to level 5.
Asiya
Director/ Registered Manager
Asiya has a Level 5 childcare qualification. Her drive and passion for Childcare stems from her wealth and experience gained from the Health and Social Care sector. She worked in Independent living, leading a number of openings for assisted living across the UK, as well as managing a team of consultants recruiting for registered managers and care practitioners.
In 2015 this drive and passion led to her qualifying as a Nursery practitioner and opening Yaqadoodle Childcare supported by her partner Mo, working from their home which was converted into a fully functional nursery. They provided a great service caring for children from early years, promoting values such as Unity, Support, and Growth.
By Summer 2019 through word of mouth the client list had grown substantially, and there was a need for commercial premises. In September 2019 Yaqadoodle Childcare Academy was formed and the first branch opened on Bennett Street, adopting the same principle “To provide high-quality affordable childcare, which meets the individual requirements of every child”
We’re proud to announce that Yaqadoodle is now operating across two locations!
Our original site remains at Bennett Street, and we’re excited to introduce our new location at Forest School (Scout Hut).

Bennett Street
Lysa
Senior Manager (SENCO)
Location: Bennett Street
Lysa is a Level 3 Practitioner & Qualified Teaching Assistant. She has worked with children since leaving school and is extremely passionate about childcare. Lysa has been at Yaqadoodle for afew years and ensures that the nursery runs smoothly.
Nimrah
Nursery Practitioner
Nimrah is a Level 3 Practitioner at YCA. She has years of experience and is truly excited about working at Yaqadoodle.
Maya
Deputy Manager
Maya is kind with lots of enthusiasm when working with the children.
Haya
Haya has a great passion for working with children and is a great asset to the YCA team!
Forest School (Scout Hut)
Clare
Assistant Manager (SENCO)
Location: Forest School (Scout Hut)
Clare works at the Forest Preschool as well as Bennett Street.
Jasmine
Registered Manager (SENCO)
Location: Forest School (Scout Hut)
Jasmine has a wealth of experience in childcare. She takes pride in her role at Yaqadoodle and thrives. Jasmine’s warm and bubbly personality is enjoyable to have around and the children love having her around.
Summayah
Sumayah is our level 3 nursery practitioner who brings a wealth of experience and works very hard at Yaqadoodle.
Naz
Naz has nearly finished her level 3 at Yaqadoodle. She has a loving attitude towards the children and passionate about childcare and will be working all around the Nursery.
Fartun
Fartun is our new recruited apprentice, she is very excited about working at our nursery.
MO
Head of Operations/Pre-school Practitioner
Mo helped set up Yaqadoodle Childcare with his partner, Asiya. He gets stuck in with the day to day operational side of the business and oversees the daily running of the Nursery.
SUE
The Cook
Our Nursery Cook, makes delicious, nutritious meals, creating a home-like atmosphere that nurtures both the hearts and bellies of our little ones.
Ali
IT & Marketing Assistant
Ali supports our IT infrastructure and networks well to promote the business. He is a great lead for YCA and works hard to get Yaqadoodle on the map.
